Trinity Ludus is an official Hammer Strength training center located at Ambang Botanic Klang, Selangor. We are made out of a team of individuals who are passionate and expertise in educating and guiding our clients to lose fat, build muscle, improve their health and generally to have a better quality of life.

We have the knowledge and experience of all the major avenues to ensure a successful health and fitness lifestyle implementation through strength and conditioning training, nutrition and dieting, and also supplementation. " Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I can clearly remember finishing my classes during university and heading to the gym for my ‘therapy’. This carried on even during my career as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. The fitness lifestyle has shaped me positively whereby I can carry myself with confidence and perform any task with a sharp and strong mind.

 

Trinity Ludus is my baby - Born out of the passion and dream of having a place whereby people can make a change in their lives. We strive for even the smallest change, so that clients can experience the surge of confidence and joy in the morning knowing that they are healthier, a little leaner, faster, stronger or simply a more adequate person than yesterday.

 

I am committed and take pride in ensuring anyone that joins our family will be given the best with regards to training and dieting. In addition to that, collectively we practice a culture whereby everyone is supportive and has a similar mind set to improve oneself. No one gets left behind!
